when I click "Start" the virtual machine says something about resuming and then I get the message: 640 KB Base Memory 524288 KB Extended Memory Boot from hard drive... A disk read error has occurred Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del the above message reappears. Suggestions?
Hello Carlos, Please follow the below mentioned steps. This could resolve the issue. 1. Open Finder, navigate to Mac HD/ Users/ Username/ Parallels / Documents/ right click on Virtual machine => Click on Show package contents. 2. Delete all the files that has .sav and .mem extension. 3. Try starting Virtual machine. Please email us the status of the issue.
