MY SUBSCRIPTIONS SHOW EMPTY; I'M STILL GETTING BILLED

2024 was the last year I used Parallels, I cancelled all known subscriptions
2025 I get charged even after I cancel my subscriptions, I submit a ticket - NOTHING
2026 I get charged AGAIN!!! Why!?!?!

My Parallels account online say I have no subscriptions and say I'm not going to get billed for another useless service - BUT I STILL DO.

I've placed in multiple support tickets about this requesting refunds, I AM NOT BEING REPLIED TO. Previous tickets I've submitted regarding refund requests and subscriptions don't show up on my account.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
