Hello I currently have problem with managing the license in my account. When I log in with my email address, I can not see any license registered in my account. I have two license keys. First, I purchased the permanent version. Then I upgraded it to pro version. I have both license keys. But when I try to register those keys, it says they both are registered in other accounts. What can I do about this?
