Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that you registered a trial version for Parallels Desktop App Store Edition. Initially, you have a trial period of 2 weeks before the amount is deducted from your credit card. Please verify if your credit card was debited. If no, there must be some issue and you will have to reach out to APple support as we do not have any visibility on the transactions made on AppStore. Thanks
