    Hello,

I would like this thread to become a collection of tips and tricks on how to efficiently multitask.

Here's 3 initial tips -- please post your own tips below!

    Tip 1:
In Parallels Settings, General, disable the Dock symbol of a VM, in particular if you don't use 2 or more VMs at the _same_ time.

    Tip 2:
(Context: I'm experiencing issues with coherence mode, such as menus of windows apps not or unreliably appearing. The issue does not present in non-coherence mode. So this refers to non-coherence modes -> )
In order to toggle to a specific windows of a Windows app that has multiple windows, make sure that app is pinned to the taskbar, then count its position on the taskbar an memorize it, for example 6. Now press WIN(CMD)-CTRL-6 to toggle between those windows.

    Tip 3:
If there's a document that you often use, for example notes.txt, create a shortcut to that document with Windows File Explorer on your Mac Desktop of any other place on the Mac Drive (not within the VM). Now, in Mac Finder, select that link, go to File menu, hold (!) SHIFT, and click "add to dock" (this will appear after holding shift). Now this windows text file will be linked to from the doc (right area). Even if you have 4 text files open in a text editor, and one of them is somewhere in the backup a window showing "notes.txt, clicking onto that link on the Dock will immediately take you do Windows AND the files editor AND that particular windows showing that file.
