I have a customer that is using Parallels on a MBP to run Windows 7. On Win 7, he has Office 2007 installed. Over the past couple of months he has noticed that his laptop runs slow and hot. Every time I have connected, I have found multiple instances of Winword.exe running, and using 100% of the processor. Is anyone else having this issue? All the suggestions from microsofts forums have not worked.
