Multiple Windows OS under Parallels. Possible?

    Hi,

    I already have Windows XP running under Parallels Desktop on Mac and now would like to install Windows 7 or Windows 8. Rather than upgrading WinXP which is such a royal pain I would much prefer to install newer version of Windows alongside with WinXP and run some applications in WinXP and others in Win8. Is it possible with Parallels and how?
