Multiple monitors

I'm considering switching from VMWare Fusion to Parallels Desktop. I would like to know if Parallels can do the following: I have three monitors attached to my Mac. Can Parallels run in "full screen" mode on just two of those monitors and leave the third monitor for use by the host OS X?

p.s. Running in windowed mode with one really huge window that spans two monitors won't work for me because Windows running in Parallels won't recognize it as two monitors.
