MS Teams microphone issues

Hello!
I am facing an intermittent issue with MS Teams. Sometimes the microphone doesn't work at all, even though the control center shows that the app is using the microphone. All the required permissions are given in Privacy settings.
The only "fix" is to shut down the VM and start it again. And that itself might not always work.
Is this a known issue?
