Moving Parallels 10 to a New Mac

I`m trying to move my Parallels to a new Macbook but after the right validation of my key it returns the error message when i try to activate my serial number: "Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum of activations available for our activation key. Please purchase a new product license.""

I tried to follow this kb http://kb.parallels.com/br/116527 and i`m not able to perform a move or a new install in my new computer.

We have done necessary changes, please try to activate Parallels Desktop again.
