Moving Machine from Parallels 8 for Mac to Workstation 6

    Is there an easy way to move a VM from Parallels 8 for Mac to Workstation 6 for Windows/Linux? I have several machines on my MacBook Pro and would like to move them to a Linux/Windows Host machine with beefed up hardware.
