Ok, so this is a problem. I just renewed my subscription a while ago and moved to a new Mac. The license transfer option is NOT showing in the activation window. What's the deal? How to fix?

    Hello @crtdude
Please follow the steps below to move your license to a new mac:
    1. Sign in to Your Parallels Account:
    • Once Parallels Desktop is installed, open the application.
    • Sign in to your Parallels account.
    2. Activate Parallels Desktop:
    • Parallels Desktop will prompt you to activate the application.
    • You'll likely see a warning that the license is already in use on another Mac.
    • Click "Activate on This Mac" to activate the license on your new computer, which will automatically deactivate it on the old Mac.
You can find more information here.
    Regards,

Hi Trishna, I tried that already. When I activate PD, it shows the license activation being used already but there is NO option to Activate on This Mac. It only prompts me to BUY another license. Kindly reset my activation count for my license so I can get this activated.

But I still cannot actually activate that license. See attached. What can be doone to resolve this?

Look at my last reply - still cannot use. Why can't you just reset the number of activations? Customers should not have to deal with this.

    Hello,
Please note that we have reset your Parallels Desktop Pro Upgrade license key.
Could you please try activating Parallels Desktop on your new Mac again?
    Thank you.
