Last year we (the IT department at our company) purchased three Parallels subscriptions. At the time we didn't understand how to manage those properly, and we ended up creating an account for each end user rather than registering them under a single institutional account. How can we correct this? One of the users has since left, so the email account associated with that license is no longer valid. My apologies for posting this in forum, however because we don't have any licenses assigned under our corporate account we are unable to get support in any other way.
