Running XP SP2 under Parallels beta 6. Using Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager for SQL Server 2000 and Macromedia Homesite 5. I was highlighting text in a web page document in Homesite 5 and found that scrolling to highlight text would quickly result in the operation going berzerk and the document being highlighted to the bottom of the document and then parallels becoming non-responsive as it continued to try to process highlighting/scrolling long after I'd quit trying to do so. My only option was to force quit parallels, which resulted in me having to reinstall it as I kept getting a message that it couldn't communicate with one of its drivers. Since the entire parallels application became non-responsive, I'm guessing the problem either caused or was caused by parallels tools and the processing of the mouse while highlighting text. At any rate, highlighting text and scrolling causes me to be completely unable to control the rate of scroll. Thought I'd mention it in case anyone else had seen any apparent oddities with the parallels tools mouse synchronization tool.
Getting the same thing with horizontal scrolling tonight... start to highly a text section, scrolling goes nuts off to the right and the whole parallels app becomes non-responsive resulting in a beach ball of death...
Got it again, this time using the scroll bar in an editor window, thing takes off and just keeps going and parallels stops responding. Only solution is to kill parallels which is not my idea of a good time. And once again can't launch parallels without a re-install afterwards.
