I've got a Logitech MediaPlay cordless mouse (USB dongle-based). After going back and forth to full-screen mode in Windows a few times, it starts acting up in a very odd manner: Some of the data starts geting lost. For instance, the "mouse up" event gets lost after a click, so it starts dragging instead of clicking. And the mouse movement is slow and jumpy, as if some of the movement data is lost.

But what's REALLY strange is that the problem is worse on my black Allsop metal mousepad than on non-mousepad surfaces such as my arm or leg. (My white speckled desktop, for some reason, doesn't get seen by the mouse at all, ever.) I swear. Even when it's jumpy on the black surface, it's fine on my leg. Can't really mouse very far that way, though.

Sometimes it fixes itself, as it did just now (maybe it knows I'm talking about it). Sometimes I have to reboot or just give up and use the trackpad.

As I think about it, this may be related to the recently-installed One Finger Snap... I'll remove it and see if that changes things.

Never mind. Totally unrelated to Parallels; it happens even at bootup. No idea what's causing it; maybe my mouse is just defective. Back to my bluetooth mouse for now.
