I am running Solaris 10 in Parallels Desktop on a MacBook Pro. Keyboard input works fine, but mouse input doesn't work, either with the trackpad or a usb mouse. Is there any way to fix this?

Same here. I just installed it yesterday and found myself in the same place that you are. Anyone has anyidea how to get this working or can you ssh or telnet to the VM from MAC? I don't need X running. What file needs to be changed to run only in console mode aka Level 3 in Linux?

switching the mouse to ps2 type in your xorg.conf will do the trick. after you login to Java desktop use Ctrl-Esc to open the "start" menu. Navigate to Applications -> Terminal. edit your xorg.conf

    Good luck

Hi, unfortunately that's not working for me. I've tried both PS/2 and IMPS/2. Can you please post the relevant section of the xorg.conf file? Thanks in advance!
