When it finally is registered, it is as if the mouse was held down - any mouse movement causes whatever item you clicked to be moved. This is super troublesome when you click in to Outlook and accidentally drag your Inbox folder to the Deleted folder. If you clicked the window's titlebar, it will restore the window and move it.
