Mouse cursor not lining up in guest

I am using Desktop 7 for Mac (7.0.15094) on OSX 10.8

I have a guest 10.7.4 installation that seems to work fine except for the mouse cursor. In the center of the screen the mouse cursor in the guest matches the cursor from my host. As I move away from the center they get further away from each other.


As a temporary 'fix' I can go into Universal Access and adjust the cursor size until the cursors match up and that seems to work for a small period of time. Any setting to the left of where I have it in the photo results in the cursor being off. I have the tools installed and I've tried with smart mouse settings on, off and set to auto.



Any ideas???

Nothing from them. I just stopped using OSX 10.x under 10.8 since it's almost impossible to use.
