Currently there are only 3 Account Statuses in PBAS: - Active: No Account Problem - On Hold: A Problem Exist (i.e. billing problem), minor problems - Deleted: Account Removed Can we add more status? Examples: - Suspended: + Sub-reasons --- Fraudulent: Account found to be Fraudulent (i.e.stolen credit card) --- TOS Violation: Account found to be violating TOS agreement. --- Manually Insert Reason
