Monster Virus/Worm Help!

Help! I got a Spyware Monster virus/worm using Parallels/Windows XP on my Macbook. Yes, I know I should have installed anti-virus software, but really I only use Windows to access a work website with a VPN. Anyway, what is the best way to handle this? I can't seem to stop it long enough to install anti-virus or run my msconfig. exe. It has not spread to my mac side. Should I delete the virtual machine and create a new one? Uninstall Windows? Uninstall Windows and Parallels and start over?

you should search a anti-virus based forum, it will get you way further.

 

Look for an advanced antivirus that deals with these sorts of virus. It should help you!
