I have Parallels Desktop Pro, and am able to turn the network conditioner on and off - but I am no longer available to access any of the settings related to the network conditioner in the VM configuration. Where have these settings been moved to?

macOS Big Sur 11.2.3, Parallels Desktop 16.1.3 (49160)

    Oh - I found it:
    > The Network Conditioner feature is currently not available on Macs with macOS 11 Big Sur.
I would suggest that you also remove the "Turn Network Conditioner On" option from the menus as well, as that is where my confusion arose.

I'm having the same issue with Monterey. I just upgraded from a business license to a pro license and I'm still not seeing the conditioner settings, but I do have an option to turn the conditioner on... which is confusing to say the least.

+1 on this very confusing issue on Monterey. I spent too much time trying to figure out what was wrong before finally finding only this thread.
