Configuration: Running Parallels Beta3 Guest is Windows XP Pro joined to an Active Directory Domain [Means I have to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to log into Guest OS] Running with Covergence On Repro: Okay, with Guest shut down, I click on the Outlook.exe.app in my VM folder. The expected behavior is that Parallels would start the VM and after I log in, it would auto launch Outlook. Problem: When launching Parallels this way, Parallels does start the VM but I do not have the full Parallels Menu Bar. There is no way to send the guest Ctrl-Alt-Delete and thus no way to log into the guest. The only thing I can do is turn off the VM by quitting Parallels. Thanks for reading, and thanks for a killer application..
