Minimizing full screen VM

Is there a way to minimize the full screen VM when toggling back to the Mac desktop?

Ideally:
1. MacOS (Alt-Enter) -> Full screen VM
2. Full screen VM (Alt-Enter) -> Mac OS with minimized VM (to the toolbar)

or must I just use the coherence mode?

Does Alt-Enter command (Apple) M work for you?

 

Yes, Alt-Enter works, what I want is to minimize not just return it from full screen.

I'd like to be able to treat the VM as another desktop, full screen switch into the VM, and later return full screen switch into MacOS X.

 

Found the fix: Press Apple+H while in the VM and the screen will instantly minimize.
