Minimize to the Dock

I would love to be able to minimize my windows to the dock.

And have spotlight index documents in the VM hard drive.

And if you can find the resources, a fix for our global energy crisis, world hunger, and world peace.

But the Dock and Spotlight stuff first though.

spotlight indexing of the VM would be great. at least a few folders would be enough.

 

Well, I was just hired on to do some web development work, and all the approved tools I have are Windows only. I have copies of Parallels and VMWare, and both are great, I just wish Parallels was a bit more well rounded in the was VMware is
