Migration Parallels to new Mac

I had a Boot Camp partition, and moved to Parallels, still in that partition. I bought a new Mac, but am concerned about moving the Parallels virtual disk to the new Mac. Any ideas how I can do that?

 

First, you should create a virtual machine based your Bootcamp partition by Importing it: you could use the following instructions on importing - http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v6/docs/en/Parallels_Desktop_Users_Guide/23112.htm

Then you can simply transfer the the file with .pvm extension to your new Mac and open it in Parallels Desktop.
