First things first: I'm currently running Parallels 8.0.18354, Mac OS X version 10.6.8, and Windows 7 Enterprise. I upgraded from Parallels 4.0 to the version listed above. I had been running Adobe CS5 on Parallels 4.0 with no problems. Now when I try to open one of my CS5 programs, I'm told that I have exceeded the activation limit (2 computers) and need another activation key. The programs are ONLY installed on my work computer (PC) and my personal Mac, and I started receiving this message right after upgrading to Parallels 8. I'm just guessing that something didn't migrate correctly, but I'm not super tech savvy, so I could be totally off base. I've tried to figure out how to correct the problem, but I can't find anything on the forums like this, and nothing outside of the Parallels forums, either. I was wondering if blowing away the VM would correct the problem, but I'm very hesitant to do that in case it doesn't correct the problem (in which case I would be unable to re-install the CS5 programs without purchasing another activation key). PLEASE HELP!!!
