migrated Windows Vista blue screen

    While install Tools migrated Windows Vista goes to blue screen 0x0000007B
    Uninstalled the Ad-Aware anti virus and tried to reinstall and same issue.
    disabled pci driver from device manager same issue.
    Windows Vista 34 BIt.
    7.0.15094.
