migrate OSX user 1 virtual mach. OS & apps. to new user

I had to create a new Mac user account in OSX 10.6.8 because my primary user account was corrupt. I migrated user account info from user 1 to user 2 with my external Time Machine backup. Fine. User 2 does not have my Windows XP OS and the three 3rd party applications I installed to user 1.

How can I fetch the XP virtual machine and applications installed from the Mac or the external drive that the entire computer was backed up to so that I can use them on user 2?
