I'm in MacOS 10.4.10 using a USB Optical IntelliMouse on a MacBook Pro, running Microsoft Mouse. The target image is XP Pro SP2.

Obviously, I can't install the Microsoft drivers in XP as it usurps control from Parallels Tools Center. But right now, every time I click my left side button, instead of taking me "back", it opens up my start menu.

I've tried re-assigning it under the Mouse tool options, so it's not assigned as "back" but as "let the OS handle it", and it doesn't fix the problem.

    Thoughts, suggestions? Thanks!

I am having the same problem with Logitech LX7 wireless mouse running 4128 and Leopard's latest update.

I am also using logitec's software in Mac OS. Particularly when I click and hold left click I hear the bump sound and start menu comes up.

I reinstalled/upgraded with parallels 5160 and uninstalled LLC. The problems with left click aren't as bad but the start menu pops up when I click and hold left click. I also got my mouse sync back in parallel tools which is better.

It would be nice to hear from the company team at some point about this
