I have this issue currently where I open an Excel file as soon as Windows 8 loads up and I get this message: "There was a problem sending the command to the program." This only happens on the first opening of the Excel file after booting Windows 8 up. It works second time round and so on. I have the checkbox unticked for 'Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange' so that isn't the problem. What on earth could be causing this?
