I have the 2009 13" MacBook Pro (5,5) running Mac OS X 10.7.5 with Parallels 7.0.15106 running Snow Leopard Server (10.6.8) with Parallel Tools installed.
The gestures that normally work in Snow Leopard or Lion do not work in virtualized Snow Leopard Server. The Trackpad option in System Preferences says that "no trackpad found."
Also: in Lion under USB Bus in System Profile, it lists Apple Internal Keyboard / Trackpad, but in virtualized Snow Leopard Server it only lists "Virtual Keyboard" with no reference to trackpad.
How can I get my trackpad gestures working again in virtualized Snow Leopard Server? Here is a screenshot of the System Infos:
