Here's the deal. I've been able to install and use openSUSE 10.2 with no problems. I was also able to install and use Mandriva One 2007 without any problems. However, I am unable to use Mandriva Free 2007. It installs correctly (from both the CDs and the DVD). However, when it attempts to load the operating system it appears to become hung up on trying to set the resolution. The screen keeps appearing and dissappearing. I've tried allowing it to change the MacOSX resolution, to not changing it. I've tried setting a custom resolution and I've tried it in both full-screen and windowed mode. Nothing works. I'd much rather use Mandriva Free than Mandriva One. Any thoughts? Thanks
