I'm trying to get the Welcome Screen to appear when I load up XP, I have tried making different accounts, there are 3 total and they all have passwords, but when I load up XP in Parallels it doesn't ask me to enter a password, it just logs into the Administrator account. It works fine when I set it to ask for a PW when I come out of a screensaver, or when I switch users in the start menu, but I can't make it appear when I first startup the OS.

    Any solutions?

This is a how to forum, for posting solutions. If you post in the tech forum appropriate to your host OS, you will get more help.

This is purely a Windows question and has nothing to do with Parallels.

    Try this:

Go to the Start Menu, select Run, type

    control userpasswords2

into the input box and hit the Run button. This will bring up an advanced Users & Passwords control panel. In that control panel, make sure that the checkbox "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" is checked.

Gee, then doesn't it belong in a windoze forum. You missed the point - this forum is for solutions, not problems. Where ever it doesn't belong here - read the forum description.

This belongs here, it´s a Parallels problem. II have the same problem on 5 Parallel installed computers, but not on any other, e.g bootcamp.

you're too late - this was moved from the improper forum a while back (see post dates). and sorry but auto login IS a windoze function solely as per palter above.
