Hello. My new MacBook Pro (M1) arrived today and I successfully used the Migration Assistant to port everything from my old MacBook Pro to it, including Parallels/Windows/et al. I would really like to ensure that the new installation of Windows works before moving my license to the new computer, but of course Parallels will not accept the activation key if it is still active on the old machine. Is there any way I can start the new Parallels installation long enough to verify that it works and that the transferred .pvm works as it should, then disable the old installation and properly activate the new one? Is there such a thing as a temporary (e.g., 48-hour) activation key or license for this purpose? Thank you.
