I appreciate MacLook for hiding some of the cartoonish ugliness of Windows, but it's falling behind with recent releases of Windows, Internet Explorer and OS X. Here are some needed updates:
1) OS X Lion now allows any edge or corner of a window to be clicked-and-dragged in order to resize the window. Windows has always had this feature, but it is taken away when using Parallels' MacLook, so you can only resize a window the old OS X way (using the bottom-right window corner handle) which is inconvenient and inconsistent.
2) The replacement close/minimize/restore buttons don't appear or function consistently. In Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7, the buttons appear on the top-right corner of the IE window, they're in reverse order, have different icons, and sometimes, they don't do anything.
3) Microsoft Office 2010 applications are not properly "skinned" with MacLook (similar to #2).
4) In Internet Explorer 9, when you open a drop-down list, its contents are obscured by strange images of buttons.
