Anyone running this config? There must be some of you who need to demo/run Windows apps that require Win Server/IIS/SQL/Exchange Server, etc... I'm hoping this is the answer to my needs, but before I plunk down for a new MacBook Pro, I wanted to get some feedback.

Sometimes I need Windows 2003 Server and IIS, sometimes Windows 2003 Server and Exchange Server. I have no desire to buy a cheap Windows laptop, I'm Mac to the bone.

    Thanks,
    Dave

As long as the servers aren't under any real load (as might be expected in a demo scenario), you should be fine. Just be generous when doling out RAM to the VM. I've used a similar setup for doing Exchange development in the past. You can improve performance by turning off any server services which aren't relevant to a particular scenario. For instance, if you're working with SQL Server you can turn off the various Exchange and IIS services, and vice-versa.
