After allowing the auto process to upgrade me from 3 to 4 things were terribly slow starting any program (minutes) and Pausing the VM meant forever trying to resume. I finally went into config and: 1) turned on Hypervisor with performance for VM and "better performance" 2) disabled the floppy 3) disabled the CD/DVD ROM 4) dropped video memory to 16MB 5) dropped VM memory from 1GB to 512MB 6) turned off "map folders to drive letters" 7) unshared applications 8) set boot order to HD only 9) dropped CPUs from 2 to 1 Things are working great now, but if it's a memory leak causing issues we'll just have to wait and see.
