Mac Menus appear when in fullscreen

When I'm in Parallels playing a game in fullscreen sometimes when I move my mouse to the top of the screen the mac menu bar appears, or if I move to the bottom the dock appears.

It's really annoying because when I'm playing a windows game I don't want to be interrupted with mac menus and docks because it causes me to do things like leave the game, etc.
