Lost Activation for 3.0

I see that a lot of people have lost their activation keys for 3.0. Add me to that group. I was wondering if there is any sort of immediate form to fill out to get the key emailed to me. I know Roxio and other software companies have these options and I was wondering if I was missing something on the Parallels website where I can get the key faster than email support (which I emailed earlier today).
