    hi-

MacBook Pro, W2K Server install CD.

Couldn't get CD recognized. Played with settings, install started. Format C: happily. Installed files fine. On reboot, doesn't find C:- no boot device message. Have quit, opened settings screen and rearranged boot order to HD first- still loop from hell.

    Any thoughts?

From your configuration file I can see that you allocated 852M RAM for your virtual machine. Guest OS installation can behave diffirently depend of RAM size. Try to install Windows 2000 using typical configuration (with 256M) and than adjust it to desired value.

BTW - what is your host RAM amount?
