Local Outlook client

Hello Everyone,

When I click a mailto link in a published application, I want it to use the local mailclient, not the one on the terminal server.
Is this possible?

Yes this is possible with version 6.

In version 6 we introduced URL / Mail Redirection.

On the Client go to Farm Properties -> Advanced Settings and enable [Redirect Mail to Client]

 

Do we need version 6 on the server or just version 6 of the client.
