Local Host is not working

Hi Parallels Community
I'm new with paralles and i'm not a IT-Professional.
I'm running paralles on a mac-book with windows 10. I have two programs which should communicate with each other over the local host 127.0.0.0 - The used protocol is OSC (Open Sound Control).
On my mac all is working fine (has been tested with a OSC Protokol Software), at windows all is also working but between mac and windows there is no local connection. I tried all 3 variants of the netwerk setup. I guess i'm missing here something. Couln't really find something on the internet or maybe i used the wrong words.
