Hi, I'm a Mac user for a long time and use Parallels whenever I need a transition to other O/S. Given the pace hardware has grown, the limitation in the Perpetual license tends to encourage me go with other virtualisation more now a days. When I get the upgrade invite, I refused a few times but I'd love to get back on Parallels. The key point being the Macbook having 10+ cores and not being able atleast assign 8 of that to a proper virtualised testing makes me go with other technologies who aren't limiting the hardware resources. It is been quite some time now, I've been paying to keep up to date, but the features and changes aren't moving the needle much from the utility of the application for today's market. We're now in an AI era, and a 4 core limit with 8Gb is quite too small for a 16core 128Gb Macbook!
