Lion +Windows 7 HELP - Network/Wirelsss Not Recognized - here is output for SUPPORT

Running Windows 7 inside Mac OS Lion

Keeps saying it can't recognize Network Adapter card - can't find it.
Reinstalled Windows and Parallels TWICE
