I could just be very blind, but I wish there were an easy way reach these forums from parallels.com? Can't seem to find it in any of the menu links nor the site map. I must be shockingly blind.
I do not understand why. From the homepage, hover over support, then hover over knowledge base. It clearly shows the link takes you to kb.parallels.com. Why can't another link be added which says forums and takes you to forums.parallels.com? It's already proven that the links to a different spot works.
What Ynot meant to express is that long time ago this forum was accessable from the upper menu but removed after some spam postings where discovered here. IMO this is not a customer friendly solution and should be reverted. So Ynot please rethink your answer or give a more detailed one which explains why Parallels did it this way.
I'm writing a article about Parallels for a consumer media and I wonder why there is no link to the community forum on the main Parallels website. Is there an official reason for this? Or did I just not find the link? Below are some of my previous writing credits so you will know I'm not just blowing smoke.
