Licensing Prices for Old Users and Discounts for New

Today I come the to the webpage of Parallels as my license finishes and find interesting issues there.

1) Purchase of a new license for PRO cost 60$ but as I already have license, renewal was 119$ which is absurd, because renewal should not be that expensive if there are discounts.

I ended up buying new license and delete/unsubscribing old one. Then I find that, application cannot understand that there is already active key, so activated my new key. It sounds "dumb", because key is the same type.

This 1) Creates frustration 2) Ends as incorrect data on General Ledger as Minus/Plus a new customer. At the same time, (maybe there is) I did not find possibility to bind a new key to old key (most probably due to subscription).

I think Prices should be the same or lower for Old customer. If feels strange for person to pay and get new key, unsubscribe old one, and then give a new one.

I think IMHO it should be fixed.
