I followed the Parallels Desktop for Mac registration and activation instructions, but I am currently having issues with utilizing my subscription renewal license. For some reason the previous version key is not showing up and it will not move forward with my purchase of the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year) subscription. I purchased through the Parallels Store after receiving the emails about upgrading. Is there anyone on the team that can assist on the Parallels side to help me correct this?
