I got a new work laptop and transferred my existing win11 VM from my previous MacBook to my new one. My parallels desktop installation (and the VM) work fine, but it's now requiring me to buy a new license. My colleague had this same issue and it was resolved by a lengthy back and forth via email. Naturally I went to look for support to raise a new ticket, but it seems there is no option of just creating a ticket; instead you're expected to use Facebook or Twitter or these forums. For compliance reasons I can't use Facebook or Twitter, so can someone help me or can support create a ticket? I went through the materials on the support web page and the contents inside the "Move Parallels to a new Mac" article did not answer my questions or needs. Parallels never asks me to reactivate my license. Please help, I need parallels to function for work!
