Hi I purchased the Two Year License and had it working on my M1 Mac for about a month. However I need to move the License to an Intel Mac for work that required a x64 system. I followed the Parallels guide on transferring my License and it didn't work, and it just shows that my License is expired, even on my account online it shows my license expired. It also shows that it expired on the same day it was purchased. Of course because I don't 'currently' hold a license, I cannot contact support.
