Suddenly I am not so happy as a Parallels customer. Maybe it's time to look at another product. I completed the renewal of my expired license and received a confirmation email stating my license has been reactivated. When I log into my account, it still shows my license as expired. When I go to start parallels, expired. I reached out to support almost an hour ago and I am waiting for an email and waiting and waiting. Very sloppy and very poor response. I'll post my thoughts to other social media accounts and warn other users. How can I have a renewal notification by email for something that apparently is not renewed?
